Love for Puerto Rico (Benefit)

In an extended effort to help grassroots organizations on the ground in Puerto Rico & the neighboring Virgin Islands get people solar power & drinking water, as well as help facilitate a more sustainable future, we're organizing another benefit event on Sunday October 15th at the new Nublu -151 avenue C #LES #Loisaida #NYC with Pimps of Joytime, Carol Cee, Sophia Utrista, José Parlá, Jimmy Lopez Percussionist, Baby Power, Kamala Jefferson, Tahleim Reyes, Atropolis & many more joining by the day. Music, dance, information, art... all will be shared with each other & all proceeds will go to #ResilientPowerPuertoRicowww.resilientpowerpr.org who's aim is to set up solar powered relief hubs around the island & eventually install mobile solar-electric kits to each of the 78 municipalities, #coastalmarinereaourcecenter as well as @wavesforwater.org who's working with Crazy Legs (Rock Steady Crew) to distribute water filtration systems around the island.
